Choose an existing bottle and differentiate it with decoration, cap, collar and secondary packaging, or develop a new mould when the silhouette, weight distribution or label area must be proprietary.
Engineering before appearance
Capacity, full capacity, overflow margin, glass distribution, base thickness, neck geometry, pump passage and decoration tolerances are reviewed before a cosmetic sample is approved.
Prototype and approval gates
The development path covers drawing review, mould quotation, pilot glass, component matching, decorated sample, leakage and spray checks, golden sample approval and mass production.
