FEA15 Crimp vs 15mm Screw Neck

Compare assembly, refillability and compatibility checks for traditional FEA15 crimp and 15mm screw-neck perfume packaging.

What the names mean

FEA15 is commonly used for a traditional fragrance crimp finish. A 15mm screw system uses a threaded fixation and may follow different geometry. The words “15mm” do not define the complete interface.

Compatibility checklist

Confirm the current bottle and pump drawings, ferrule or thread geometry, bore, assembly height, gasket, collar diameter, cap engagement, dip-tube cut and filled-product leakage test.

Sustainable screw-neck development

Industry work on SNI and CNI finishes is intended to preserve component appearance and support interchangeability in defined systems. That does not make unrelated nominal 15mm parts automatically interchangeable.
